TAPS is a work order management software and database that primarily services water utility companies but can service anyone with a need for digitally capturing and managing data. Our system also has the capabilities to serve as a database for customer details, digitize the meter reading process and automate integration into billing software, keep track of inventory, assist in building GIS and so much more. Submission data from our platform can be individually downloaded as PDF files to your computer or hard drive but can also be mass integrated to a cloud based storage account like Google Drive and Dropbox.
